Second Issue: I was returning an item and the seller had arranged the collection. Firstly DPD's confirmation email to me was in Polish, despite me being in the UK. Secondly they didn't give me a time slot and as I couldn't wait in all day I missed the pickup. I called DPD to re-arrange the pickup who told me this would be Monday.
